Automatically generate benchmark reports

Automatically generate benchmark data from the output of the various progams that are located in
tests/benchmark

• ideally generate processed spreadsheet data from the raw data
• generate plots from the spreadsheet data
• if possible, generate ipython/jupyther notebooks for better comparison of data across devices (may require interpolation, etc.)
