增加 http://xxx:3000/chat/[token] 入口，通过url 提供 token，原有入口 http://xxx:3000，通过NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_ID提供token；
增加embedded-chatbot page，可以通过嵌入的方式进行集成，嵌入方式和官方的保持一致，入口为http://xxx:3000/chatbot/[token]。
