Updating the acl menu comp

• routing prefix
• beforeRender setting the menu to view the controller arg passed to method worked ($this->Controller did not)
• I camelized the controller for aco (perhaps mere personal taste perhaps bad for reasons unbeknowst to me)
• update tests set session comp in auth plus a few other tweaks
