I've created a simple gulp plugin to generate the manifest.json and added it to a gist. If it would be useful I can publish it on npm, although I would like to use a shorter name than `gulp-cordava-app-loader-manifest`!

Hi @SystemParadox , There is already a gulp plugin for this here: https://github.com/antonpenev/gulp-cordova-app-loader-manifest. Could you tell us the advantages of your solution when comparing with it? |

Oh, I only wrote one because I couldn't find anything! There isn't really any advantage to mine, it's basically the same thing. |

It would be nice to add something to the README to go alongside the gruntfile example, but maybe it would be better to point to gulp-cordova-app-loader-manifest on npm? |
