[FEATURE] zoom/pan buttons in the ui

you can zoom in/out with your mouse, but it is difficult the get the right zoom level. Zoom buttons would be convenient, and pan buttons would make sense too. Also a button to 'zoom to fit' would be very nice, although not sure if the drawing panel has built-in functionality to do this..
