Include examples for calculation in documentation

Currently the documentation at https://hpmoc.stc.sh/index.html has examples of using hpmoc for plotting, but not for arithmetic and such. Since this is the "killer feature" we're advertising for the IPN GRB / LVK GW coincidence search, it should be included.
