where are Typography, Effects and Grids collections coming from #19

Hi I struggle to understand where are Typography, Effects and Grids collections coming from. Do you know maybe? Could you advise how are those constructed and is it possible to be done with just raw FIGMA API? I am actually comparing the output of this plugin with raw FIGMA API fetched i forked https://github.com/TomaszCz/variables-github-action-example to compare and i see some collections which should not be there. Attached the result. Any hint is welcome.
