Option to emit the HTML to the HtmlWebpackPlugin instead

It would be nice if the plugin could inject the HTML it generates directly into the HtmlWebpackPlugin instead of dynamically appending it.

Do you have an idea of how to implement this? I agree that it would be better, but then I thin this needs to be a plugin, not a loader, right?
