For React Native 0.82+, use hermesvm instead of libhermes

libhermes is incompatible with RN0.82

android/CMakeLists.txt should be updated

The bug was fixed in GitHub, but the change was never published to npm, likely because the version was not bumped.

yes, need to manually use patch-package with patch fix above mentioned to fix it during installation, will be great if they bump the version up , as in new expo sdk 55 onwards react native 0.83.1 and higher will be used.
