File search doesn't work for large project

The CLI hang in file tab when we do file search using /. It seems like the cli attempt to search under bin and obj folder in my c# project which is quite large

Thanks for reporting this! This has been fixed in v0.69.1.

The / search was walking the entire file tree from disk on each search, which meant it would load every directory — including large ones like bin/ and obj/ — causing the UI to hang.

The fix reuses the same file cache that Ctrl+P uses (fuzzy file finder). This cache is built once on first use with a 2-second timeout and 50k file limit, skips common large directories (.git, node_modules, vendor, etc.), and respects .gitignore. Subsequent searches are instant since they filter the in-memory cache.
