Remove interfaces override recipe

On systemd-enabled systems, the SysV ifupdown initialization is disabled. systemd-compat-units.bb masks the compat unit networking.service, in favor of systemd-networkd. So, remove the bbappend which modifies /etc/network/interfaces.
