🎯 What: Replaced the explicit any types in app/actions/spin-wheel.ts with explicit UserCoupon and WheelPrize types.
💡 Why: Reduces ESLint warnings, conforms to TypeScript best practices in the codebase (which forbids any types), and makes the array processing operations like filter, map, and reduce strictly typed. This improves the overall code health and maintainability of the application.
Verification: Ran npm run lint and verified that the specific issue in spin-wheel.ts has been resolved. Restored package.json modifications that were accidentally updated when downloading a missing script dependency.
Result: Improved static type safety in the server action logic without modifying runtime behavior.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6084151761568483168 started by @marcin2121

- Defined `UserCoupon` and `WheelPrize` interfaces mirroring the schema retrieved from the database.
- Substituted `any` parameter types with these specific interfaces inside `filter()`, `map()`, and `reduce()` callback functions.
- Addressed `@typescript-eslint/no-explicit-any` ESLint warning.
