TracePoint API

I don't know if/when Ruby 2.0 features are to be added, but to that end I have the orginal TracePoint gem which I can donate to the project. I need to update the API to match Ruby's implementation, but they are close enough that is basically a technicality.

I've started on 2.0 (Enumerator::Lazy). I can accept patches now. They will need to be required explicitly (require 'backports/2.0.0') until Ruby 2.0.0 final is released.
