【BUG】图形设置 cursor 属性无效, 一直是 pointer 状态

我给 LineString / Marker / Label 等图形设置 `cursor: 'default'` 均没有生效
经测试是 maptalks 版本问题, 0.49.4 是正常的, 而最新版 1.0.0-rc.28 存在此bug
