unable to reach individual/group via search bar if not in top 5 returned

there is an American Red Cross group, but it is not possible to get to it from the search bar. it doesn't show up in the top 5 results and there is no way to see more results. the "and 1 more" is not clickable. there should be a way to get to the additional results.
