feature collection input to Validate, not just AOI and query filter

It would likely be a useful feature to be able to upload a GeoJSON feature collection of the features for a Validate project type, not just use an AOI extent and a Ohsome filter query. We need to investigate what this would take to implement and confirm stakeholder interest.

In my eyes one of the current biggest issues in the validation project type is that in certain areas OSM data is not exactly matching the imagery due to a change in imagery over time. This means that often all the buildings that are mapped on OSM are shifter a meter or 2 meters from the current imagery. This as such is not a problem, but a lot of MapSwipers are still telling us that it is not correctly mapped.

Adding the possibility to add a feature collection (not just an AOI) would allow us to solve the issue. I would be able to download all the features from OpenStreetMap, shift them a meter and than upload the data as a separate file into MapSwipe.
