Show small part of imagery also beyond selecting area

It would be nice to see a small part of nearby imagery, because it will be easier to recognize buildings, that are right at the edge.

• will there be an impact on users with slow internet connections?
• how will this be handled by the app, and will this increase the overall number of API calls to the imagery tile service?
• any other potential concerns?

This could be mitigated by offering this feature as a choice in eg the Settings.
