Use dataclasses in text spotting code #533

It would be good to use dataclasses in MapReader whenever we are storing data in dictionaries.
This mostly applies to the text spotting and load packages (I will make a separate ticket for load).

For text spotting code:

• Use dataclass to store text prediction outputs
