Change Get Help icon

In the footer, under Info, there is 'Get Help'.
User has to squint to realise this looks vaguely similar to an emergency life ring. Or, something else perhaps.

I would like to suggest changing this icon to something more identifiable / comprehensive.

It is the link to the documentation, so maybe we can change it to a search icon, a list icon, a lightbulb icon, etc. And we could also change the name to just "documentation" or "learn" (to match the nav documentation link). I'm open to suggestions, this should be a very simple fix once we make a decision on what we want.
