Preserve user's total historic progress in RouteProgress updates

Currently, when a user is navigating a route and a re-route event occurs the visual history of the route traveled is removed when the new route is set.

Instead we should merge the new route onto the historic route traveled, so that the user's end-to-end journey is displayed -- the visual history, as well as the percentage traveled since the original origin (not the origin from the re-route location)

Note that the iOS PR linked above introduces two new properties, totalFractionTraveled and totalDistanceTraveled, which seemed to be less regression prone than updating the existing properties (per @frederoni)

Also, we decided to split the model/data portion of this and the visual portion into two separate PRs; let's discuss whether a similar approach makes sense on Android or if we can land it all at once.

Re: visual route line part of this work. I'm a bit concerned about the "disconnect" that can occur when the history geometry doesn't connect with the origin of the new route fetched, as observed in mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios#1895 (comment). @kevinkreiser mentioned that there isn't a graceful way for us to really handle this.
