[IOS] Feature: Telemetry Info Panel should display telemetry summary similar to Apple's API

iOS 13 Adds a map view with location pins describing to users exactly which locations are collected by the the application as part of it's extended user permissions dialog.

Mapbox GL should emulate this view in the Telemetry info panel to match Apple's presentation and provide a simple clear disclosure of exactly what data we are sending back.

This should be easily accomplished with the static map rendering API, but requires collecting locations which were sent via telemetry.

If the app has background mode enabled, we can prompt the user with the map view the first time we come back from the background if the developer enables a flag. e.g. MMERequestUserBackgroundPermission

@alfwatt Help me understand: where would these locations data come from? Is this location data provided by iOS13, would it be provided the telem endpoint, or would it be the Maps SDK responsibility to collect them on-device?

@zugaldia it looks like we are getting dots on the map every time we get a significant location change via startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges and the delegate method locationManager:didUpdateLocations:

These updated typically contain multiple locations, but the Apple iOS 13.1 map only shows the location where the group of locations was delivered, not all the individual data points.
