Typo in CSS variable name (--ecn-container-max-with)

Maybe it's more pain than it's worth to fix at this point, but I had to customize some of the styling on this for an application, and it's annoying that width appears to have been misspelled as with: --ecn-container-max-with --> --ecn-container-max-width
