Linux515 should opt-depend on linux-firmware

As well as linux615, earlier kernels (515 in my case) should optionally depend on linux-firmware, otherwise it is impossible to uninstall unnecessary firmware.

All kernels will now optionally depend on linux-firmware as of the next kernel updates. For example, linux515.

In the meantime, you can remove linux-firmware-meta:

sudo pacman -Rdd linux-firmware-meta

Remove the packages you do not need; i.e.;

sudo pacman -R linux-firmware-broadcom

Then mark the packages you want to keep as explicitly installed; i.e.,

sudo pacman -D --asexplicit linux-firmware-amdgpu linux-firmware-radeon
