I think it would be helpful to add more information where the AWS Credential with the id '_PARAMETER_STORE_ACCESS' that provides access to ParameterStore for cross account account
should be updated in the Jenkins
Ex.
One-time step:

• Install the AWS Parameter Store Build Wrapper Plugin on your Jenkins master

• For cross-account deployments, create an AWS Credential with the id '_PARAMETER_STORE_ACCESS' that provides access to ParameterStore for that account.

1. • Click on Manage Credentials
2. • Under Stores scoped to Jenkins
3. • Click Jenkins
4. • Global credentials (unrestricted)
5. • Add Credentials
6. • Kind --> Select --> AWS Credentials
7. • Below click Advanced
8. • ID update with the AWS Credential with the id '_PARAMETER_STORE_ACCESS'
9. • Ex. UAT_PARAMETER_STORE_ACCESS
10. • Add Description of your choice
11. • Click Advance
12. • Update IAM Role To Use section with the IAM ROLE. Ex arn:aws:iam::0000000000:role/xxx-role/xxxx_prod_xxxx_iam_role
