Diaphora was in the `Tools\Utilities` directory before as it was not possible to install it as a plugin. Now it is installed as an IDA plugin and available directly in IDA Pro after its installation.

Diaphora was in the
Tools\Utilitiesdirectory before as it was not possible to install it as a plugin. Thanks to the latest changes in Diaphora (see joxeankoret/diaphora#301), now we can install it as an IDA plugin and it is available directly in IDA Pro after its installation.Closes #994
