Removed the dependency on the python-libmagic library (and therefore the libmagic library altogether). If I'm incorrect in assuming that all you needed was to infer mimetypes, then this change may not be welcome. But Python comes with the
mimetypeslibrary and installing external libraries to run this script seemed like overkill!Also added some Python/Git project staples: .gitignore and requirements.txt.
