I'm currently focusing on improving my Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills through various personal projects I have taken on. For example, using Python and Pygame, I've created a Jamaican Wordle game where the 5 letter words and phrases are tied to Jamaican culture. 💪🏾

At the moment, I am working on learning API Development by creating a Social Media App via Python, FASTAPI, schema validation, SQL for storing Data, etc. Learning how to build an API from scratch is a large undertaking, but I have learned SO much about the inner workings of everyday applications 👏🏾

For my coding journey, I am hoping to move into a Software Engineering position in the future, as I genuinely enjoy the feeling of developing something and knowing that a tool or feature I built may help make someone's day become just a little bit easier!

A personal goal of mine is to create mods and scripts for The Sims 4 or other Sims games in the future. I loveeee the amazing Sims mods that other creators share with the community, and I hope to use my knowledge to create dope features for my fellow Simmers 🤩

Music is such a huge motivator for me! It helps me relax and focus while doing pretty much any task, especially chores 😂
