Can't login with two-factor-authentication enabled

Whether I use the actual account password or an app password, it just says "Connecting..." for a split-second and exists afterwards.

For anyone still wondering about this issue, and since malcomstill hasn't had time to maintain this for 4 years. I found that wolfd's fork accepts app password just fine https://github.com/wolfd/thunner
