Programming instructions in Maker Guide need to be updated

While flashing the code to a hub, the maker had issues with the required python dependency, and using a file path with a space in it. These issues are known and documented in the GitHub issues for the LipSync but not mentioned in the flashing the firmware section of the Maker Guide. The Maker Guide needs to be updated to include these issues in both the programming and troubleshooting section
