Description

This PR translates six remaining English settings labels in the Turkish (tr-TR) locale.

Not applicable. This change updates locale values only.

Test Scenarios

Ran pnpm --filter @plane/i18n run sync:check.

All 20 locales passed with 3,859 keys and no missing, stale, or collision entries. No translation keys, placeholders, or locale structure were changed.

The following Turkish values were translated:

• completed_on → Tamamlanma tarihi
• your_profile → Profiliniz
• developer → Geliştirici
• work_structure → Çalışma yapısı
• execution → Yürütme
• administration → Yönetim

Technical terms such as URL, Modal, Global, Test, and Boolean were intentionally left unchanged.
