This repository preserves the Sunray color test images collection, originally distributed via sunrayimage.com, which is now defunct and available only through the Internet Archive.
Purpose:
These images are a standard reference for testing, benchmarking, and verifying color conversion and image processing algorithms across different pixel formats.
All images are provided in various pixel formats, including RGB and YUV, with both interlaced and progressive scan types. The images are available in QCIF resolution (176x144 pixels).

The website is now offline, but the Internet Archive snapshot from February 2019 is preserved here for reference.
