Enforces requirement to run script from outside -master directory. Adds support for --install/--uninstall arguments to create/remove symlink to transcode.py on $PATH.

Refactored TranscodeSession.py into separate module, improved stdout + performance logging. Still running performance benchmarks to determine final defaults for encoder options.
