this push implements automated creation of entities via config 'yaml' files. Also implemented is a command-line interface for magla.Root (magla_cli.py)
the changes from the previous push broke the tests. this commit fixes tests and associated test seed_data
This commit adds automatic detection of `requirements.txt` if present, as well as `README.md` for use by `setup.py`
This commit repalces previous print statements with `logging` calls.
new property added for `MaglaMachine` objects.
