Build version from release 1.0.0 onwards #184
Description
From Version 1.0.0 onwards, the build should use the gitVersion with the tag instead of our custom solution. This have several advantages related with the way git-describe works. Nevertheless, because it is using the previous tag, this should wait til version 1 is released because we have already updated the version number.
This is also related with the #133, because the user shouldn't modify the CHANGELOG at all, neither the release numbers.
