Refactors the Magento_Search module to replace $block escaping functions with $escaper escaping functions.

• Verified Search Term functionality in the frontend.

No additional manual test case is required as a part of regression cycle as this is related to refactoring of the Magento_Search module to replace $block escaping functions with $escaper escaping functions.

Moving to Extended Testing as builds are failing.
