Paypal Graphql isn't working

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.6

Steps to reproduce

by Graphql
1- Get Customer Token
2- Get Customer Cart ID
3- add product to Cart
4- set the shipping address
5- set the shipping method
6- set the billing address
7- createPaypalExpressToken
8- setPaymentMethodAndPlaceOrder

Expected result

sucessfully create order

Actual result

Unable to place order: The payment disallows storing objects.

Additional information

Bug occure only when use setPaymentMethodAndPlaceOrder. If we used setPaymentMethodOnCart and placeOrder separatly it's working fine.

We have tried to reproduce the issue in the 2.4-develop branch and the issue has been reproducible with the below steps.

Graphql

1- Get Customer Token
2- Get Customer Cart ID
3- add product to Cart
4- set the shipping address
5- set the shipping method
6- set the billing address
7- createPaypalExpressToken
8- setPaymentMethodAndPlaceOrder

Though the setPaymentMethodAndPlaceOrder is deprecated but this should work , order should be created

Hence confirming this issue.
