[CMS] File upload preview style issue

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3-develop, Magento 2.2-develop

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Open a CMS page or block
2. Click on the Insert Image from the content field
3. Upload a new image or check the existing ones

Expected result (*)

1. The image should center aligned with padding
2. The text shouldn't be cut off
   

Actual result (*)

1. The image doesn't fit on width
2. The image's name is cut off
