Urn mappings not working

Describe the bug (*)

After upgrading PHPSTORM I can no longer see my XMLs valid in the system because they can't be verified by the URN schemas.

If I CTRL + Click the URL path it will take me to the file

But there it's no longer able to navigate again

To Reproduce (*)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a layout XML file
2. Write a body and head element
3. Check that they're marked yellow

Expected behavior (*)

URN mappings work and the XML is validated based on the schema

however, it's not user friendly, I will add some messages to identify that mapping was regenerated

@VitaliyBoyko I'm not sure but for me it doesn't work even after manually pressing the button here.

I've also opened a ticket with jetbrains in case it's a bug on their side

ps. It's related to the Magento plugin, so I don't think it's their bug.

Please try the development version.
I added notifications about execution and fixed bugs related to slow operations. Let me know if it works for you.

I believe it might be an issue with jetbrains because of this behavior. check the screens

It says failed to read schema,

however when I ctrl + click on the URN path

It navigates me properly to the definition file.

That's after the notification pops about urn mappings being processed

Where are the mappings defined when the button is pressed? I'd like to dig a bit further on it to see if anything more can be found

@ioweb-gr files are defined in the IDE file index and retrieved from there if the file has a .xsd extension.
