Command not found in Anaconda+Windows environment 

The command "python_qt_live_coding" cannot be found. Neither installation by "pip install python-qt-live-coding" nor "python setup.py install" does work as intended.

Does anyone encountered that problem before? Do you have a hint for a solution?
