Stability Capitalism:  A Framework for AI Transition Economics A policy framework for funding economic stability through commercial AI infrastructure Overview This White paper proposes a market-based mechanism to prevent economic destabilization from rapid AI-driven workforce displacement. The framework introduces a micro-fee on commercial AI inference to fund direct dividend payments to working Americans. Key Elements The Mechanism: A $0.0009 fee per commercial AI inference, collected at the cloud infrastructure level. The Dividend: Ramps up after year one to full maturity by year 4. $3,000 monthly payment to working Americans earning under $80,000 annually.
