This PR is purely to provide a record of the changes made by ook in the two versions I have been able to obtain, and to allow git/github to highlight the file differences. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE MERGED.
The 2015 version also has ook's own version of sbclient.dll - so to retrofit these changes we will have either to:
a. get hold of the source code so that we can maintain it and include it; or
b. retrofit functionality using current sbclient.dll.
