M5Stick S3 low power: control over L3A / L3B states #284

Description

@t413

Love the M5Stick S3! But. It's a power hog!

For battery reliant applications I'd like to add a low power mode. The datasheet and docs show a super fancy Power Network flow diagram between L0 -> L3B, all controlled by your new PMIC.

But.. it's exclusively controlled by the PMIC! There's no way, right now, using the M5Unified library, to go to L3A state and disable the LCD and Speaker .. two major power hogs. So things like light-sleep mode still draw quite a bit of power.

Please add software support, perhaps automatically when M5.Power.lightSleep(); is called, to power down the 3V3_L3B pin and disable the L3B bus state!
