Berry Driver as Tasmota APP

you can acually load/install the berry driver of the lovelace project as a tasmota application

`Backlog UrlFetch https://raw.githubusercontent.com/joBr99/nspanel-lovelace-ui/main/tasmota/nsp-lovelace-driver.tapp; Restart 1`

This way you do not need the `load()` within your autoexec.be and you do not need to worry about it in your autoexec.be ;)
