Stable version? #5
Description
Hi, I requested that the administrators of the HPCC I use install distAngsd on our system. It seems they've had some difficulties getting it configured, and asked if there is a stable version available (since it says on GitHub that it is a testing version). My understanding is that this is the only version available, but wanted to double check. (I've also tried to install on my local machine without success--I get an error saying I need to reconfigure with -fPIE, but I suspect that probably has more to do with the system I'm running than the program).
Edit: After some more finangling, it's successfully be installed on the HPCC. Thanks.
