feat[i18n]: added paraglide JS for better i18n handling

What I did

• Added ParaglideJS -> https://inlang.com/m/gerre34r
• Now it is possible to access the translation in json files or via the ide-extension https://inlang.com/m/r7kp499g
• Or you can use the editor to make translations -> https://inlang.com/editor/github.com/NilsJacobsen/inpaint-web (see my fork)
• Added a button to switch language
