Remove the references to kojo-online from lab1

I think it would be a good idea to remove the pointer to scala online in the lead-up to the kojo lab since the entire lab cant be done in kojo-online. The part that cant be done in kojo-online is the last part where the student is supposed to use user-input to controll kojo.
