First public release.

This denotes the MVP of the MENU project. The full pipeline of inventory data input conversion, preprocessing, alternatives simulation, post-processing and file exporting exist.

Input processing is sufficient for using National forest survey (VMI) and Finnish Forest Centre source data.
Preprocessing is sufficient for generating reference trees out of tree strata, conditional filtering and some missing data populating.
Simulation can utilize one openly published and one restricted access growth model. Also available are several thinning algorithms, clearcutting, planting, priceable renewal operations, timber and standing trees volume estimation by cross-cutting and net present value calculation.
Post-processing and export can produce configuration-selectable output variables for the J optimization package, along with two other export formats for describing a simulation run.
