feat(stats): add Statistics page, clear all lint findings - #225

Statistics page counts key, dial and extra-key presses, reconnects, images and cache hits; mock-build grid clicks count too. Lint cleanup splits SimpleApp, survey modal/steps and demo code into smaller pieces, so lint reports 0 findings. ui.js and CSS limits reset to measured size.

Adds a Statistics page (presses, dials, reconnects, images, cache hit rate) reachable from the top bar, with a mock-build click counter.
Also clears all 25 lint warnings by splitting SimpleApp, the survey modal/steps and demo code; lint is now at 0 findings.
