New /demo page runs the WebUI in an iframe against an in-browser backend: mock decks, plus a WebHID real-device mode (Elgato, Mirabox, AKP05 strip/knobs). Browser protocol cores are pinned to the driver fixtures by core-replay.test.ts. App bundles stay byte-identical to main.

Adds a /demo docs page: the WebUI in an iframe on an in-browser backend. It offers mock decks, plus a WebHID real-device mode (Elgato, Mirabox, AKP05 strip/knobs) and closed-vocabulary demo tracking. core-replay.test.ts pins the browser protocol cores to the driver fixtures. App bundles stay byte-identical to main. P8 hardware checks are still pending.
