Tell Project agents to use the built-in browser - #42

Conversation
The coordinator now instructs delegated agents to use the built-in Control Plane browser (preview_* tools), and every Project agent is told to use it for browsing, testing and screenshots instead of the user's desktop browsers. A task that needs the user's logged-in session opens the default browser via the OS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

open <url>.assistantRuntime.test.tsassert the exact text for each role and both prompt variants.Preview tool availability: agent threads started via cp_agent_create go through the same ProviderService path as any thread, so they get the
previewcapability whenenableAgentBrowserAccessis on (default true, per-project override possible). No wiring change needed. A preview call can still fail with no available host if no desktop client is attached to that environment.Local checks: assistantRuntime tests 21/21, typecheck 0 errors, lint exit 0 (warnings only). Full server suite: 10 files / 51 tests fail identically on main; 1 extra (GrokAdapter, timing flake under load) passes in isolation.
